Account AB™ Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use an Account AB account.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Account AB only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Account AB is not intended for children under 13.

Users must provide accurate information when required and may not impersonate another individual or organization.

Account AB may provide features including, but not limited to:

• Accountability Feed and situation posting
• Community voting, perspectives, comments, and reactions
• Overall Severity Scores and Accountability Split™
• AI Reality Check Report™
• Accountability Circles™ and Leader Circles™
• Direct messaging, voice notes, media, and community discussions
• Shared Goals™ and Progress Tracking™
• Journal™ and Deep Release™ prompts
• Self Discovery Center™
• Daily Prompts™
• Outcome Update™
• Insight XP, badges, achievements, and leaderboards
• Referral Rewards™
• Valori™ AI assistance
• Premium memberships and other paid services

Features may be added, changed, limited, discontinued, or replaced over time.

Account AB provides community perspectives, informational tools, reflection tools, and AI-generated content.

Account AB is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other licensed professional services.

Community votes, comments, AI-generated reports, assessments, Journal prompts, Deep Release prompts, and other content should not be interpreted as diagnoses, professional evaluations, or guarantees about what a user should do. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. If a matter requires professional assistance, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Account AB allows users to evaluate situations based on information supplied by other users.

Community results such as “Mostly You,” “Mostly Them,” severity scores, Accountability Split™, Community Verdicts, and similar measurements are expressions or aggregations of community perspectives. They are not objective determinations of guilt, liability, truth, morality, legality, or responsibility.

Users may receive perspectives they disagree with. Account AB does not guarantee that community responses are accurate, fair, complete, or appropriate.

Certain Account AB features may use artificial intelligence.

AI-generated content may include Reality Check Reports™, personal insights, summaries, suggested prompts, Valori™ responses, or other automated content. AI systems can make mistakes and may produce information that is incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or based on an incorrect interpretation of information provided by a user.

You should exercise independent judgment before relying upon AI-generated content. Account AB does not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any AI-generated recommendation, prediction, interpretation, or analysis.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You may not:

• Sell or transfer your account without authorization
• Access another user's account without permission
• Create accounts to evade enforcement
• Use automated systems to create fraudulent accounts
• Falsely represent your identity
• Manipulate XP, referrals, votes, memberships, or platform metrics

Notify Account AB through the Support Center if you believe your account has been compromised.

Users may submit situations, comments, messages, Circle posts, media, journal-related content where applicable, profile information, Outcome Updates™, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of the User Content you create.

By posting User Content to public or community-facing areas of Account AB, you grant Account AB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, moderate, secure, and provide Account AB. This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Account AB.

Private Journal™ entries are not considered publicly posted merely because they are stored through Account AB.

You are responsible for User Content you submit. Do not post content that:

• Threatens or encourages violence
• Harasses or targets others
• Contains unlawful discrimination or hateful conduct
• Sexually exploits minors
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery
• Reveals another person's highly sensitive private information without authorization
• Impersonates another person
• Is fraudulent or deliberately deceptive
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights
• Promotes illegal activity
• Contains malicious software, spam, scams, or phishing
• Violates applicable law

Account AB may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.

Situations frequently involve other people. When posting about another person, avoid unnecessarily identifying them.

Where appropriate, use descriptions such as “my coworker,” “my roommate,” “my partner,” or “my manager,” rather than publishing someone's full name, address, telephone number, workplace, private messages, financial information, or other identifying information.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you share is lawful to disclose.

Accountability Circles™ are community spaces created around particular goals, interests, discussions, or activities.

“Private” means access is restricted according to Account AB's applicable membership controls. It does not mean Account AB can guarantee that another member will never copy, screenshot, record, or disclose something they see. Users should therefore use appropriate judgment before sharing sensitive information.

Certain users may receive Community Leader or Circle Leader privileges, which may permit creating and managing Circles, inviting members, removing members, establishing Circle rules, creating activities, and using additional community-management functionality.

Community Leader status does not make a user an employee, agent, partner, representative, counselor, or professional adviser of Account AB. Leaders must comply with these Terms and may not use leadership tools to harass, discriminate against, exploit, deceive, or improperly pressure members. Account AB may suspend or revoke leadership privileges when necessary.

Journal™, Deep Release™, and related reflection features are intended for personal writing and self-reflection.

Journal entries designated private are intended to remain private within the functionality of the platform unless the user deliberately chooses to share content through another feature.

Deep Release prompts are reflection prompts, not psychological assessments or therapy. Account AB does not diagnose users based on Journal entries. Users should avoid storing information they would not be comfortable entrusting to an online service.

Users may communicate through direct messages, Circle chats, comments, mentions, voice notes, or other communication features. Do not use Account AB communications for spam, harassment, scams, threats, unwanted sexual content, stalking, unlawful solicitation, or other prohibited conduct.

Users may block or report other users where those features are available. Account AB may investigate reported violations consistent with applicable law and its policies.

Account AB reserves the right to moderate content and accounts. We may:

Remove content; limit its visibility; issue warnings; temporarily restrict features; remove users from Circles; suspend accounts; terminate accounts; or preserve/report information when legally required.

Moderation decisions may involve automated systems and/or human review. Account AB does not guarantee that all objectionable content will be identified or removed immediately.

Users may not upload or distribute intimate images or videos of another identifiable person without appropriate consent. Account AB may provide reporting and removal procedures required by applicable law, including removal following valid requests within applicable statutory timeframes.

Account AB may offer paid membership plans. The applicable price and included features will be displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing period disclosed during checkout unless canceled. You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account for recurring charges until cancellation.

You may cancel through the cancellation method provided by Account AB. Cancellation generally prevents future renewals rather than immediately removing access already paid for, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.

Account AB may offer one-time purchases, including AI Reality Check Reports™ or other digital features. The price and applicable terms will be displayed before payment.

Because these products may involve immediately delivered digital services, refund eligibility may depend on whether the product has already been generated, accessed, or consumed, subject to applicable law.

Refund eligibility will be governed by the refund terms displayed at purchase and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact Account AB through the Support Center.

Account AB may offer referral programs. Referral rewards may require verification that the referred person is a legitimate new user and has completed specified qualifying actions.

Fraudulent referrals are prohibited — for example, creating multiple accounts for yourself, using bots, fabricated identities, manipulating referral links, or coordinating fake signups.

Account AB may reverse rewards obtained through fraud or abuse. Referral programs may be changed or discontinued subject to applicable law.

Insight XP, badges, profile frames, achievements, leaderboard rankings, streaks, and similar features generally have no cash value unless Account AB expressly states otherwise, and may not be exchanged for money.

Account AB may correct XP or achievements resulting from technical errors, manipulation, or abuse.

Users remain free to express honest opinions about Account AB. Account AB will not prohibit users from publishing honest negative reviews merely because the review is unfavorable.

If Account AB ever provides incentives for testimonials or reviews, material connections will be appropriately disclosed, and rewards will not be conditioned on positive sentiment.

Except for User Content and third-party materials, Account AB's software, branding, interfaces, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, feature names, and original materials belong to Account AB or its licensors.

This may include names such as Account AB™, Accountability Split™, Accountability Circles™, AI Reality Check Report™, Outcome Update™, Insight XP™, Self Discovery Center™, Deep Release™, and Valori™.

Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership of Account AB's intellectual property.

You may not attempt unauthorized access to Account AB systems; interfere with platform security; introduce malware; scrape or harvest data in violation of applicable restrictions; reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where legally permitted; manipulate voting or engagement systems; exploit bugs; or use Account AB to attack another system.

Account AB may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten platform security, endanger users, engage in fraud, or expose Account AB to legal risk. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.

Users may stop using Account AB at any time and may request account deletion through the available account or Support Center procedures.

Use of Account AB is also governed by the Account AB Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information Account AB collects, why it collects it, how it is used, how long it is retained where applicable, who it may be shared with, and what privacy rights users may have.

Account AB may rely on third parties for services such as payment processing, authentication, hosting, analytics, artificial intelligence, email, notifications, or other infrastructure. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.

Account AB is not responsible for independent third-party services outside its reasonable control.

We work to keep Account AB available and functioning, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Account AB may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, security incidents, third-party outages, technical failures, or circumstances outside our control. Features may evolve as the service develops.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Account AB is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that community advice will be correct; that AI content will be accurate; that using Account AB will produce a particular personal outcome; that every user will behave appropriately; that every feature will always be available; or that the service will always operate without errors.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Account AB and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of Account AB, your violation of these Terms, or User Content you submit that violates another person's rights.

Account AB may update these Terms as the platform, laws, or services change. When material changes are made, Account AB may provide notice through the website, application, account notification, email, or another reasonable method. The current effective date appears at the top of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The dispute-resolution structure (court litigation, arbitration, small-claims exceptions, or class-action provisions) will be finalized with legal counsel.
